🧟 Virus Resistance – PvE Focus
PvE Virus Resistance reduces the damage your troops take from infected enemies — this includes world map infected, campaign stages, event mobs, and Plague Crisis waves.
🧠 This stat becomes essential as infected enemies scale in level and strength. Without resistance, you’ll lose massive amounts of units in even basic fights.
🔍 Where PvE Resistance Applies
- World map infected mobs (Lv31+)
- Plague Crisis (Crimson Plague event)
- Infected Cities (PvE city nodes)
- Campaign / Doomsday fights
- Alliance building defenses vs infected
⚠️ What Happens Without Resistance?
If you don’t build enough Virus Resistance:
- Troop HP is reduced
- Damage taken from infected increases drastically
- Event waves become lethal by Stage 3–5
- Your squad can’t progress PvE dailies or city farming
Even high-power players must hit resistance thresholds — power alone isn’t enough in Season 1.
🎯 Recommended PvE Resistance Targets
Week | Minimum Target | Result |
---|---|---|
Week 1 | 2,000–3,000 | Clear early infected, Plague Crisis Stage 2–3 |
Week 2 | 5,000+ | Clears most PvE mobs, Plague Crisis 5+ |
Week 3 | 7,000+ | All infected on map safe to fight |
Week 4 | 10,000 | Max effectiveness — no PvE debuffs |
✅ Hitting 10,000 completely removes PvE combat penalties — even vs high-tier infected.
🛠️ How to Increase PvE Resistance
-
Upgrade your Virus Research Institute (VRI):
- Each level grants +X Resistance (scales with level)
- Lv30 = 10,000 max resistance
-
Participate in Genetic Recombination and Plague Crisis:
- Earn Immune Protein and Mutant Crystals
- Use rewards to keep upgrading VRI
-
Maintain Protein Farm production:
- Immune Protein = required for all seasonal upgrades
👥 Player Type Advice

💳 Light Spender
- Push VRI to Lv20+ by Week 2–3
- Use Genetic Recombination pass to boost speed
- Keep 3–4 Protein Farms producing at all times
🐳 Whale
