🥈 Mid-Tier Route to L3–L5 Cities

If your alliance ranks in the top 4–15, your mission is to secure key mid-tier cities, expand in sync with the coalition, and support the top 3 without getting in their way. This guide helps you plan your optimal map route, from stronghold chains to safe city targets.

🎯 Your Goal

  • Secure 2–3 L3–L5 cities by Week 2–3
  • Increase your Stronghold cap and Influence steadily
  • Avoid blocking top alliance paths
  • Serve as a buffer and reinforcer in your assigned sector

🧭 Recommended Expansion Path

✅ Week 1: Secure a Lane Safely

  1. Day 1–3

    • Capture 2 Strongholds per day in a clean arc away from a top alliance’s route
    • Expand diagonally or sideways from a major push lane

  2. Day 4

    • Capture an L2 Small Town or L3 Playground
    • This gives +1 SH capacity and protection
    • Establish early presence in your assigned quadrant

  3. Day 5–7

    • Continue daily stronghold captures
    • Optional: capture a second L3 or L4 if uncontested
    • Position for a Bell Tower or Manor if available

✅ Week 2–3: Hold Strategic Cities

  1. Early Week 2

    • Use expanded SH capacity to hold 2–3 strong cities (L3–L5)
    • These become your anchor for defending your map lane

  2. Mid–Late Week 2

    • Finish your city captures (max 4 in home Warzone)
    • Support coalition Outposts or fill gaps in nearby stronghold paths

🗺️ Suggested Lane Layout

  • Stay in a “shadow lane” next to a Top 3 alliance
  • Fill in the middle ring of the map — not outermost edge, not Shrine zone
  • Use L4 Manors and L5 Bell Towers as long-term holds
  • Support with territory bridges if assigned

  • Communicate your path and claim cities early
  • Never build strongholds that block another ally’s route

    • Serve as “next-in-line” for leftover cities

  • Use full SH captures daily
  • Stay 1–2 cities away from Shrine lanes unless instructed otherwise
  • Don’t rush — plan your city cap carefully
  • Be available to garrison, timer, or support rallies nearby
